Abstract CO 2 single-gas permeance has been studied in the present work by ssz-13 membrane. SEM was used to characterize membranes. Feed flow rate, pressure, Sweep gas rate as parameters, and these factors varied at five levels with an orthogonal array of L 25 . Applying Taguchi experimental design allowed examine impact most important parameters on membrane permeabilit. had biggest effect feed rate.
